The Private Collection of Ginette and Alain Lesieutre Goes on Auction

Self-taught dealer Alain Lesieutre highlighted the work of many art deco and art nouveau pioneers when others failed to see their importance. The private collection – held at the Lesieutres’ flat until last year – consists of notable pieces by spearheads such as Rembrandt Bugatti and Jules Dalou, among others, and is for sale at Sotheby’s in the French capital.

The Creative Act Final Month

More than 25 works are showcased at this Guggenheim event at Manarat Al Saadiyat on the emirate's Saadiyat island to celebrate the three themes of performance, process and presence.
