Masters of Food and Wine in Europe

Insider secrets from Park Hyatt's award-winning chefs and sommeliers

Sponsored by

The food we take, the meals we eat alone or in company, at home or far from our own table, mark our journey through life. The passage of years is punctuated by ritual feasts and special foods, whether it is the dressed turkey of Thanksgiving or China’s spring pancake, a birthday cake or a wedding cake, one’s first glass of wine or novice attempts in the kitchen.

Our travels, too are made memorable by new foods whether bought from a vendor on the streets of Saigon or enjoyed in a fine restaurant in Shanghai. For those whose profession is cuisine, food is also a journey as each undergoes the rigors of training and perfects his or her skills on the way to the position of chef.

Here are recipes from our chefs to inspire your own culinary journeys at home and around the world. Today, Park Hyatt Master’s of Food & Wine draws from the rich diversity of global cuisine to offer extraordinary culinary and beverage experiences at Park Hyatt hotels around the world. Through engaging, hands-on events, area residents and visiting gourmands can participate in “masters’ sessions” with our award-winning chefs and sommeliers, learning about the very best of regional food and drink.
