Råkultur
Japanese fare with a nordic twist

Meaning “raw culture” in Swedish, this sushi hot spot is run by the Michelin-starred team behind the adjoining Esperanto restaurant. Råkultur’s toothsome Japanese dishes are prepared with a distinct Nordic twist, as in its pressed pickled mackerel sushi or its maki, made with anything from fried mushrooms to pork loin or cabbage. Word to the wise: the venue does not accept reservations, save for the Chef’s Table – a must for those looking for a more immersive dining experience.
