The Spotted Pig

New York’s hugely popular answer to the British gastro-pub

Helmed by English chef April Bloomfield – who learnt her trade at Bibendum, The River Café and California’s Chez Panisse – The Spotted Pig is revered by her fellow chefs and gastronomy experts alike with its simple but tasty mix of seasonal British and Italian dishes created from the freshest local ingredients. The “pub” part of the equation is not forgotten either with a 100-bottle wine list and two cask-conditioned beers to choose from.
