Authentic modern Australian cuisine

Located on the site of Neil Perry’s recently closed Rockpool eatery, it has all the theatre you might expect. The chef in charge of the kitchen, Phil Wood, sends out exquisite dishes, some of which, like the whole partridge steamed in bread, are carved and served table side. Seasonal ingredients give way to standout dishes like roasted lobster or pan-fried abalone drenched in brown butter and herbs, a selection of can’t-miss rations fittingly accompanied by a selection of some 1,200 wines from around the world.
