Nordic minimalism lets the food do the talking

In the bright, minimalist, mid-century Nordic space on busy Bridge Street, there is little to distract from the main attraction: the very fine food. Intense, authentic flavours dominate, Asian and European influences are noticeable, but never overwhelming, in chef and co-owner Ross Lusted's dishes. There are plenty of taste sensations, but no bells, no whistles and certainly no foodie fads or dining trends.
