Fouquet’s Paris
This traditional brasserie has been a mainstay since 1899. Surrounded by nods to aviators of times past who frequented this drinking den, L’Escadrille is the place to sample forward-thinking cocktails, such as the Havana, Cointreau, passion fruit, pineapple and mango Exotic Squadron, while the DJ controls and enhances the atmosphere through his considered music selections.

Le Marta Paris
Another essential retreat, where you can unwind on plush purple velvety chairs in a speakeasy-styled space lit with understated colour. Feast on shared nibbles and help them down with top-end cocktails.

Le Joy – bar
Your head barman, the Meilleur Ouvrier de France-gilded Stéphane Ginouvès, weaves his magic to create magical mixes.
