Orcaella
Exploring an undiscovered country

The 50-guest ship Orcaella, launched in 2013 by Orient-Express, operates in Burma between January to April and July to December and offers seven- and 11-night cruise itineraries on the Ayeyarwady between Rangoon and Bhamo. When not enjoying the scenery dotted with ancient temples, passengers can learn about Burmese life through a series of lectures. She also cruises the Chindwin River, winding her way through western Burma as far north as Homalin, 30 miles from the Indian border.
