Le Ciel
Seasonal Alpine menu with awe-inspiring views
Utilising the fresh, seasonal produce of local farms and growers in addition to the kitchen’s own vegetable and herb garden, chef de cuisine Ulrich Heimann crafts intricate, Alpine dishes with an artisanal touch at Le Ciel. Plating three themed and seasonally changing prix-fixe menus – currently "Bavarian Alps", encompassing game, root vegetables and berries, the self-explanatory "Herb & Beet", and the longer, more diverse card of "World" dishes. Each menu serves to exemplify the sheer quality of ingredients available to the region, an experience all the better for the restaurant’s mesmerising view over the Bavarian Alps.
