Intimate and far flung Blenheim may be chilly even in summer, but the outdoor patio at Arbour seems to be always bathed in sunlight. Locally sourced degustation menus are the order of the day here with the full seven course option well worth devoting three or four hours to. Combinations include tomatoes with goats curd and Jamon, rabbit terrine with carrot marmalade, black walnut and ficelle wafers or pig jowl with cauliflower, pickled mustard seeds and green apple.
