RAAS Devigarh
A revitalised ancient outpost crowning the mountain pass
Situated in the Aravalli hills of north Udaipur, and perched above the village of Delwara, is RAAS Devigarh. Originally constructed from marble, the 18th-century palace was built to overlook one of the three main valleys, and offers the beauty and charm of old-world Rajputana imbued with decorative styles and landscape gardens. This is accompanied by myriad fine dining options and exquisite spa treatments.

Restored to its former elegance in 1999 (with local marble again and semi-precious stones), it was transformed into a hotel comprised purely of suites, of four different varieties. A unique blend of ancient and modern, it mixes the minimalist design of the interior with the classic and ostentatious architecture of its exterior.
