Villa Pliniana
Rejuvenated Lake Como waterfront palazzo
Added to Sereno Hotels’ portfolio early in 2016 and reopened shortly thereafter following a contemporisation of some of the spaces within, this historic property – built into a forested mountain overlooking the waters of Lake Como – offers a characterful 19 rooms within its 500-year-old walls, split between Villa Pliniana itself and three other villas properties. Modern facilities complement the original palazzo structure, while waterfront gardens, lake views, helipad access and, for those driving the stunning surrounds to reach it, spacious underground garage complete the picture.
