This focused community co-founded by “yoga alchemist” Octavio Salvado aims to return what it calls authentic yoga to Bali. Along with some in-depth training programmes, it attempts to deliver its worthy ethos via nine principles such as integrity and studentship. With a host of workshops (example: “unleash your wild woman”) and presentations (including sessions for children) and a backdrop of bamboo, The Practice is a good starting place for all yogis, regardless of level.
