Green Spa at Stanglwirt
Traditional Alpine healing meets molecular cosmetics
Dr Barbara Sturm’s treatment rooms at the Bio Hotel Stanglwirt are a Tyrolean refuge for those who flock here for the molecular cosmetic surgeon’s famous “Sturm Glow” and a dip in the largest saltwater pool in Europe.
The renowned 400-year-old eco-resort has long been a secluded and unpretentious haven for European elites to relax among the Alps and revitalise in the property’s 1,500sq m green wellness spa. In addition to Sturm’s therapies, spa remedies include a variety of healing massages, aromatherapies and Arolla pine saunas – designed to improve blood circulation.

Special attention is paid to the lotions and oils, which are created using freshly foraged plants from an in-house “herb witch”.
