Ophelia
Fantasy takes flight at this hidden HK bar

From the mind of former miner-turned-bar-entrepreneur Ashley Sutton – who is leaving a swathe of mould-breaking thematic drinkeries across Asia – comes this Hong Kong outpost, nestled behind “Mr Wong’s Aviary”. Morsels paired to the flamboyant drinks come courtesy of chef Angus Harrison, who plates creative dishes of tapas boasting an Australian twist.
