A Ginza-bar experience pouring custom drinks
Amid Singapore’s throng of US-style speakeasies lies this sophisticated and distinctly Japanese watering hole. Here Daiki Kanetaka and his team work to the Japanese concept of monozukuri - loosely, the craft of making - pouring masterfully concocted drinks to customer specification in impeccable Japanese glassware. A long bar propping patrons in high wingback armchairs give cosseting space to enjoy Kanetaka’s award-winning team working their magic from, while light bar bites such as jamón, cut to order, plus regular guest appearances from top chefs to create degustatory experiences in parity with the exceptional drinks.
