Located in the once-rough, currently mid-gentrification 10th Arrondissement, Gravity Bar is far from the only nightlife spot that has popped up in the area. It is, however, the only one original enough to warrant a detour. From its light, contemporary interiors (bucking the dark and vintage trend) to its use of unusual ingredients in unconventional, inventive concoctions, this new hot spot looks set to stay.
