But flutes of champagne and cocktails infused with unexpected ingredients such as warm herbal tea, chili and Oreo cookies – all served in cozy rooms retro-updated with vintage decor – give plenty for the well-heeled Solli crowd to turn out for. Weekdays from 4PM to 9PM are particularly popular with post-office twenty and thirty-somethings. Just don’t come hungry (bar snacks are limited to olives, chips and nuts).
