Much-loved den for superb suds and socialising



This old auto-repair garage in Ossington is now transformed into a space filled to the rafters with fermentation equipment and rustic, charity-shop chic mis-matched tables and chairs. It’s all part of Mike Clark and Luke Pestl’s paean to great bespoke ales. Mostly brewed in house, the array of beers here include German style "Weisse" beers and some more English styled IPA’s. To soak up these crafty classics, chef Guy Rawlings has created a grazing menu of note including the likes of crispy beef and pork with pea shoots, rehydrated peanuts and mustard sauce.
