In the mean time, there’s seasonal coffees from the lower 48 (including LA’s Intelligentsia, and the Washington-based Olympia) as well as local varieties like Rusty’s, based in the Big Island, to keep you caffeinated. Make sure to check out their house-made syrups, made with anything from lavender to macadamia nut.
