At the heart of the regal Setai Hotel’s hospitality is the Bar & Courtyard, where cocktails are given a twist in such beverages as pomegranate pisco sour, which is made with pomegranate-infused Pisco Portón, pomegranate pulp, homemade grenadine and egg white and the extensive champagne collection impresses. With a DJ playing lounge music from 8pm from Wednesday to Saturday, the laid-back vibe is set, though the remarkable bar, inlaid with mother of pearl, can take the breath away on first viewing.
