Part coffee shop, part roastery, part coffee academy, it’s the latter element of this impressive outfit where, if you can take your eyes off the baristas attired in mechanics outfits, you can learn about bespoke beans from the hills of Espirito Santo, innovations in coffee brewing methods and even learn about what Isabela calls the ‘ritauls’ of coffee and food pairings.
