Bocca

Hip, no-reservations pizzeria on Bree Street

Bocca’s opening on vibrant Bree Street in late 2014 was big news for Cape Town foodies: restaurateurs Neil Grant and Barry Engelbrecht had already amassed a cult following for their popular Burrata, set in the Old Biscuit Mill in Woodstock, and people couldn’t wait to see what was next for the duo. At their CBD offering, they still serve delectable pizzas baked in an imported Italian wood-fired oven, along with fried gnocchi, arancini, house-made bucatini with chilli and prawns, and other Italian favorites.
