To anyone familiar with Hakkasan’s other restaurants around the globe, this Jumeirah Emirates Tower Hotel outpost will be a known entity – oak wood latticing with dark toned decor and gold accenting, the immaculate Cantonese dishes masterminded by International Executive Chef Ho Chee Boon come in clay pots and plates consist of fragrant, authentic ingredients.
