This restaurant-bar combo at the Belmond Jimbaran Puri returns after a top-to-toe refurb. Standouts on the sparkling new menu, pumped up with delectable seafood, include the squid-ink spaghetti and king tiger prawn or the Bali yellowfin-tuna loin.
