Takazawa
A new chapter in contemporary Japanese cuisine

Once known as Aronia de Takazawa, named after the superfruit aronia as a metaphor for a little-known source of great potential, this restaurant now simply takes the moniker of one of the Japanese capitals à la mode chefs, Yoshiaki Takazawa. Here he creates a series of contemporary and playful Japanese dishes served in visually intriguing presentations. With just ten tables available each night, reservation at this establishment is an absolute must. The newly opened Takazawa Bar is just a stone’s throw away, offering an extensive drink menu matched with delicately prepared canapes.
