The craft beer movement has made its way to Vienna and the city's hipsters can now flock to this appealingly authentic ale and cider house – one that happens to also serve third-wave coffee and play only vinyl records. As dictated by the prevailing urban hipster trends, the accompanying food has to be barbecued and inspired by the deep South. Luckily the man charged with making it so is award-winning gourmet chef Peter Zinter, so the execution is flawless.
