La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise
The city’s most celebrated eatery
Those looking for a taste of Bohemia can’t go wrong at at this iconic Old Town eatery, where Chef Oldřich Sahajdák – who recently became the third Czech ever awarded a Michelin star – creates lavish dishes based on late-Habsburg era recipes.
