Huber, who trained at Munich’s Bayerischer Hof and legendary Dallmayr restaurant, serves pepped-up fine-dining staples, creating anything from swordfish paired with avocado and ceviche to veal with chipotle seasoning, all the while adhering to one simple credo: perfection lies in simplicity.
