Carlo e Camilla in Segheria
Elegant bistro housed in a historic sawmill

Those who look for haute cuisine in an out-of-the-ordinary context should not miss the new gastro bistro Carlo e Camilla in Segheria: a collaboration between exhibition curator Tanja Solci and Carlo Cracco, an iconic chef in the city. Set in a historic sawmill dating back to 1929, the space is equipped with two long wooden tables, glass chandeliers and seating by AG Fronzoni and Jasper Morrison by Cappellini. Here, you can sample dishes that reinterpret tradition from a contemporary standpoint.
