LUME
Enlightened dining from chef Luigi Taglienti

Set within a former Richard Ginori porcelain factory, this 40-seat eatery stands as an ode to illumination, both in the dishes masterminded by Michelin-starred chef Luigi Taglienti and in the bright dining room (hence the name Lume). Tall windows flood the uncrowded white-clothed tables with light, where experimental and intriguing dishes pour forth from the centrepiece open kitchen – dishes such as blue lobster and white escargot pottage and shrimps milk with crème caramel and dill, plus classic Milanese flavours in options like Ossobuco alla Taglienti.
