Piedmont bistro with a French inflection

A bistro-style eatery serving produce from the breadth of Piedmont, plus few options stretching to ocean-fresh catches from the Ligurian waterside. Dark woods and green decorative notes mark the dining space, the menu rich with such Piedmontese dishes as Andezeno onion soup with artisanal Fontina d’arpeggio cheese, plus speculate such as Fassone beef with hazelnuts.
