Da Caino
Historic restaurant by acclaimed Tuscan chef Valeria Piccini

First opened as a trattoria in 1971, Da Caino brings a high respect for ingredients and finesse of flavour to its dishes, which lends to the great success of the two-Michelin starred restaurant run by critically acclaimed chef Valeria Piccini and her husband, Maurizio Menichetti. Located in Montemerano, the restaurant is invitingly homey; the wine cellar holding over 20,000 bottles is in itself deserving of a visit. The owners are also proud producers of olive oil, wine and champagne.
