Kontrast
Toothsome organic portions from a rising star
Mikael Svensson’s culinary journey has brought him to Oslo and this handsomely decked out eatery. It uses two tasting menus to showcase a wonderful array of fresh creations based on the season and what’s en vogue with its farmers of choice. For bigger groups, Kontrast lays on more extensive options up to 10 courses. Moreover, it pledges to craft its fare from animals with a “free and wild” life, an ethos – twinned with its efforts to promote organic ingredients – that won it a Michelin star in 2016.
