Moments
Two Michelin-starred Catalan culture
Masterminded by seven Michelin-star awarded chef Carme Ruscalleda (accolades for her restaurants in Tokyo and wider Spain) and her son Raül Balam, Moments sites diners in a sophisticated Patricia Urquiola-designed dining room, flecked with gold and amber accents generating a warmth that accentuates the neo-traditional Catalonian cuisine. The Trip tasting menu playfully takes diners on a worldwide journey through 14 different countries, culminating in a souvenir petit-fours, and, in privacy from the main dining room, the Chef’s Table seats 15 overlooking the action in the kitchen.
