Restaurante Santceloni
Two-Michelin-starred dining for special occasions

Inspired by acclaimed culinary mentor and chef Sant Celoni, who was behind Catalonia’s first three-Michelin-starred restaurant, Madrid’s Santceloni channels a unique tradition into its food and setting. Interior designer Pascua Ortega designed the space in a style both contemporary and elegant, with a glitzy finish that is harmonious throughout. Dishes reflect Spain’s finest regional delicacies, created by chef Óscar Velasco with class and subtlety. A choice between the á la carte and gastronomic menus can be rounded off with exquisite wines and an exceptional selection of cheeses.
