Eneko at One Aldwych

Contemporary Basque dining in Covent Garden

Presenting artfully arranged dishes that convey the best of locally-sourced ingredients, acclaimed chef Eneko Atxa’s eponymous new eatery brings a playful journey through Basque country to London’s One Aldwych hotel. Morsels such as Memories of the Bay of Biscay, an assortment of oyster, crab and wild prawn tartare enshrouded in sea-scented mist, and the Terri Boda Pork Festival, a plate of Iberia ham with basil emulsion, chorizo and black pudding on soft milk bread. Above diners, the mezzanine wine bar pours an all-Spanish wine list, including bottles from Eneko’s own vineyards.
