The Kitchen, Belle Mont Farm, St Kitts
Caribbean cuisine reinvented
Set on a 160ha organic farm in the green hills of northern St Kitts, The Kitchen serves innovative Caribbean-inspired cuisine created by French chef Christophe Letard. The farm-to-table menus change daily and feature dishes such as lemongrass-poached lobster with dasheen risotto, cinnamon-braised goat loin and passion fruit and coconut baked Alaska. Part of the Belle Mont Farm hotel, its champagne Sunday brunch offers over 30 dishes from guava-cured ham to soursop sorbet.
