For succulent Peking duck and a nightly show of hand-pulled noodles, denizens of Mexico City need look no further than this new addition in Polanco from global Beijing-cuisine eatery MR CHOW. The eighth eponymous locale from Michael and Eva Chow, this modernist space, set within a baroque-style house on Presidente Marasryk avenue, brings Chow’s original recipes influenced by “the Emperor’s Kitchen”, the culmination of China’s culinary heritage focused in the Imperial kitchens of the Forbidden City.
