Located in the West Village at 285 West 12th Street, the wood-panelled Beatrice Inn, Vanity Fair editor-in-chief Graydon Carter and partners’ most recent culinary brainchild, is a riff on the “21” of old, only much, much cooler. Once a den of iniquity, the place has certainly calmed down while maintaining a slight air of rebellion. Expect scenesters, hacks and the likes of Annie Leibovitz tucking into roast chicken and grills.
