A local upstart makes good


This elegant SoMA eatery has come far since its humble beginnings as a pop-up restaurant. Today, chef Joshua Skenes alongside his sommelier partner Mark Bright have a whopping three Michelin stars to their name, the result of a winning combination of edgy brick-walled warehouse interiors and the chef’s über-seasonal, farm-to-table ethos put to practice in delicate creations, all served as part of an beautifully presented multicourse dinner.
