Delicious meals and a garden-to-table philosophy

Not only are the setting, decor and menu green –  many of the ingredients served in chef Matt Moran's classy casual dining venue are grown in the kitchen garden. It doesn't get much more sustainable – or flavoursome – than the hyper-local, seasonal produce, served as tantalisingly simple dishes.
