The Peninsula Beijing
Old city charm at an opulent address
The Penisula Bejing projects a most traditional slice of luxe from its Goldfish Lane location. Earth-tone rooms and suites with white marble bathrooms featuring decorative hints nodding to the Orient delight. The hotel lays claim to being the only in the city to utilise Rolls-Royce Phantoms as part of their limousine fleet, an opulence that expands further with The Ultimate Academy, giving guests unprecedented access to cultural activities in the city – think private helicopter tours of the Great Wall. Take note, though: currently undergoing renovation (until late 2016), certain facilities and areas of the hotel will be unavailable, and a slight chance of noise disturbance is possible.
