La Grande Maison de Bernard Magrez
The personal wine journey

Housing six guest rooms bedecked in an elegant Napoléon III style, this Bordeaux estate stands as a gateway to the four Grands Crus Classés of patron Bernard Magrez – Château Pape Clément, La Tour Carnet, Château Fombrauge and Le Clos Haut Peyraguey – with a stay here incorporating, as well as tours of the aforementioned, a visit to the Cultural Institute where takeaway learnings include the knowledge for assembling ones own vines. A Pierre Gagnaire helmed kitchen marks the gastronomic offerings, alongside a peerless wine list featuring 259 bottles from the country’s top winegrowers.
