Louis Hotel
A clever blend of comfort and high design on the Viktualienmarkt

Set alongside the bustling Viktualienmarkt, the 72-key Louis Hotel is cosy and unobtrusively cool with austere yet welcoming decor. Its interiors equally capture the hotel's worldly glaze: while there’s something Asian in the unfussy, wood-driven guest-room decor, the bathrooms – with French-style fittings inspired by the Parisian metro – are all contemporary French sophistication. The hotel's only suite, the 70sq m Louis Room, offers two balconies with views of Munich's iconic buildings: panoramas that other guests can take in from the rooftop terrace, home to Emiko, the hotel’s popular Asian-inflected restaurant.
