The St. Regis Florence
Classic luxe with tempting dining options
Three years after opening inside the former Grand Hotel, the theatrically opulent St Regis Florence still has few rivals in the city centre when it comes to full-on luxury. The sheer quality of the details in each room is what stands out: Rubelli velvets, engraved wooden doors by local artisan Giovanni Baccani and Remède amenities. The hotel’s fine-dining restaurant, Winter Garden by Caino, is now in the capable hands of Michelin-starred Tuscan chef Valeria Piccini. Don’t miss the pappa al pomodoro with shrimp and basil sorbet.
