A combination of winery, restaurant and lodgings are on offer at the historic Castello di Verduno. The property’s winemaking pedigree began with King Carlo Alberto of Sardinia commissioning expert winemaker and then-General Staglieno with production. Today the Burlotto family continue to age reds in the estate’s vast cellars, the ideal lubrication to the cooking classes, contemporary art exhibitions and all-out relaxation to be had in the rustic suites of Il Castello.
