Pulitzer
A hidden gem between two canals

The 225 rooms and suites of this deceptively unassuming hotel, founded by Peter Pulitzer in the 1960s, are tucked away behind the façades of 25 canal houses. Each unique building comes complete with its own fascinating history, often dating back as far as the 18th century, allowing guests to get in touch with local heritage, even before exploring its canals aboard the beautiful 1909 hotel boat. Following the recent completion of renovation work, in addition to the characterful Jansz. restaurant and Pulitzer Bar, the hotel now boasts a lavish lobby and peaceful getaway in the courtyard Pulitzer Garden.
