Michelle Bernstein’s Floridian brasserie Seagrape (named after an indigenous leafy green tree that lines the beaches’ dunes), offers a true Miami culinary experience, while an onsite speakeasy in an old-school bungalow serves bespoke cocktails such as the Hemingway Royal and Goonie Goo Goo. Revered interior designer Martin Brudnizki recalls kitschy 1950s glamour throughout the 380-room property.
