Joseph Brot
Baker of the best
Austrians don't take their daily bread lightly, so it's worth noting when a baker is lauded as the city's best, especially when that baker is merely in his early 30s. It can be found on tables at top restaurants across town, and – more importantly – at three outlets, two of which also offer a patisserie selection.
